In the terms and conditions for accommodation at Edinburgh number 6.6 reads
Not to attach items to walls by means of blu-tac, sellotape or any other means.
In Halls of Residences drawing pins are also prohibited.
Is that just Edinburgh being draconian or is that the normal everywhere.. ?
